They were awesome! Ungerman Electric Inc. is one of our regular vendors that we use all of the time. They sent out two technicians to handle this last service call. We had them do some general electric repairs. The guys were very polite and courteous, as they always are. Our company always recommends them to other businesses.

I would absolutely recommend Ungerman Electric Inc. to anyone who needs a good electrician. I have used them for over 40 years and there has never been any sort of problem at all from their work. They go overboard to be friendly and courteous, and you can always trust their work to be professional, and of the highest quality. They are there for me anytime I have needed them, and I would not think of using any other electric company.

The staff at Ungerman’s were exceptional. They responded immediately to my service request, completed the work quickly, excellent quality of work and the office staff was extremely helpful, responsive and efficient. I would use Ungerman again if the need presents and would recommend them to anyone based on my experience

I work for a maintenance company and needed an electrician asap for an urgent situation… The owner answered the phone and was able to accommodate me within the hour! I couldn’t ask for better service! The electrician called me from the site to update me and my customer was thrilled that problem was resolved so quickly. We’ve hired Ungerman Electric on two separate occasions; once to disconnect the electricity from our hot tub and once to replace a light fixture on the top of our house. We were able to get an electrician there in the same week that we called. The gentleman was in and out within half an hour.

Ungerman Electric’s service man responded in less than 30 minutes after placing our request. The electrician was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and taking immediate action in repairing the failure. We are very much appreciative of Ungerman Electric’s attention in helping repair our electrical problem.
